Citadel interview process

Citadel runs 4 stages. Resume or datathon screen. Technical phone screen. Research rounds. Final round.

Resume or datathon screen: The datathon is a real entry route and bypasses part of the usual screen.

Technical phone screen: Statistics, regression, and the reasoning behind a model choice rather than its formula.
