Optiver interview process

Optiver runs 4 stages. Numerical test. First interview. Assessment day. Final round.

Numerical test: 80 arithmetic questions in 8 minutes. The pass mark is high and this is where most applications end.

First interview: Probability, estimation, and a conversation about why trading rather than another quant path.
