As a Campus Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional early-career talent across our Research and Trading teams. Partnering closely with hiring managers and the global Campus team, you will help shape and deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience while strengthening QRT's presence across top universities.
Your Future Role at QRT
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internship and graduate hiring across our Research and Trading functions, from attraction through to offer.
Develop and execute campus engagement strategies across France, building strong relationships with key universities, Grandes Écoles, student societies and career services to establish QRT as an employer of choice.
Leverage your understanding of the French higher education landscape - including Grandes Écoles, engineering schools, master's programmes, internships (stages) and apprenticeships (alternance) - to identify and engage top talent.
Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, providing market insights and guidance to support effective hiring decisions.
Plan, coordinate and deliver campus recruitment initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, enhance operational efficiency and leverage data to drive informed hiring decisions.
Your Present Skillset
3+ years' recruitment experience within technology, quantitative finance, investment management, fintech or another highly competitive talent market, with significant in-house campus recruitment experience.
Strong knowledge of the French university ecosystem, including Grandes Écoles, engineering schools and postgraduate programmes, an established network across career services and student organisations would be an advantage.
